In the case of private guests, the current room rate includes breakfast. For groups, the room rate covers accommodation only, breakfast, half-board, or full-board, as per the contract.

Taxes:

Tourist Tax (IFA): Approximately 400 HUF/person/night for individuals aged 18 and above during June, July, and August. In other months, around 300 HUF/person/night for individuals aged 18 and above.

Payment Methods:

In addition to cash payments, settlement of the bill is possible through bank transfer, credit card, or SZÉP card (OTP, K&H, MKB). For other payment options, please inquire with our colleagues!

For advance payments (SZÉP card usage, gift voucher purchase, etc.), please coordinate in writing with our sales representative. Failure to do so may result in a lack of guarantee for the identification and acceptance of the transferred amount.

When making advance payments, please clearly indicate the payment method at the time of booking. If you wish to settle the deposit or the entire amount with the Szép card, you MUST coordinate this in writing with our sales representative at the time of booking; otherwise, the specified credit card will be charged. No modifications or refunds are possible afterward.

IMPORTANT! According to the regulation published in the Hungarian Gazette on April 15, 2021, for the Széchenyi Recreation Card, the balance of one sub-account can be used to pay for services specified in another sub-account. Cardholders can also settle the fee for specified services on another sub-account from the money loaded onto individual sub-accounts, excluding service mediation.

When making a bank transfer, please include the guest’s name and reservation ID in the remarks section. The accommodation will issue an electronic prepayment invoice for the received deposit, which can be received on paper at the reception upon request.

Parking:

We provide free parking for our guests in the designated parking area in front of the accommodation.

Single Room Reservation:

Outside the peak season, a single room reservation (1 paying guest in the room) can be made without an additional charge.
During the peak season, a single room reservation (1 paying guest in the room) incurs a 50% surcharge on the current rate.

Pets:

We can accommodate small pets (dogs/cats) only after prior arrangement, in limited numbers, and subject to availability, for an additional fee. Surcharge: 2,000 HUF/pet/night, without meals.
