During meals, we can provide lactose-free, gluten-free, and vegetarian options upon request in our restaurant. Bed Linen and Towel Change, Cleaning

Bed linen and towels are changed every 7th night, but upon request and for an additional fee, we can arrange for extra changes or omit the change of bed linen and towels. Please contact the reception for your request! Towels are provided in the room. Upon departure, please leave the towels and bed linen in the room. We clean the hotel rooms every 7th day during our dear guests’ stay.

Smoking

According to the amendment of Act XLII of 1999 on the protection of non-smokers, as of April 1, 2012, smoking indoors is strictly prohibited, so we kindly request no smoking in the rooms and on room terraces! Smoking is only permitted 5 meters away from the hotel entrance or in designated smoking areas on the restaurant terrace!

We would like to inform you that smoke detectors have been installed in the rooms, which will alert the reception in case of smoke. If the fire alarm is triggered due to cigarette smoke, a charge of 10,000 HUF will be applied to the respective room!

Drink Bar

Located on the ground floor of the building, the Drink Bar offers a variety of coffee, tea, beer, wine, spirits, and cocktail specialties to our dear guests. Open every day from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm in June, July, and August, and from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm for the rest of the year.

Lunch is provided exclusively for group guests with prior reservation from 12:30 pm to 2:00 pm in our restaurant. Electronic Invoicing

As a new environmentally friendly solution, the electronic invoice will be immediately sent to the guest’s email inbox. In addition to electronic forwarding, it is still possible to receive a traditional paper-based printed version.

Arrival / Departure

On the day of arrival, the room is available from 2:00 pm, and on the day of departure, it is at the disposal of our guests until 10:00 am. For information about early arrival or extension and its fees, please inquire with our receptionists or refer to the current price list. You can settle your bill on the morning of departure or the evening before to avoid waiting in line due to waiting.

Lost and Found Items

If you have lost anything during your stay, please contact the reception. Similarly, please inform the reception if you have found anything. Found items left in the room or building will be inventoried and kept for 1 year. Within this period, we can post them to you upon request, with postage charged according to the current official postal rates.

High Chair We provide a high chair free of charge in our restaurant, and it can be requested for a favorable fee in the room according to the current price list.

The inn accepts exclusively room-clean dogs and cats with a “health book” for a separate service fee, in designated rooms without carpeting, without food and other equipment, subject to acceptance and compliance with the inn’s rules. Pets are not allowed in the inn’s internal communal areas (restaurant, bar) for health reasons.

Cold Package

In case of departure before 7:00 a.m., upon prior order from the previous day, we provide a cold package instead of breakfast free of charge. Please request it at the reception no later than 4:00 p.m. on the day before departure!

Accessibility of Révfülöp:

The town is intersected by the 71 main road, making it easily accessible by car. It is also easily reachable by train on the Székesfehérvár–Balatonfüred–Tapolca railway line to Révfülöp station, located in the town center.

From the southern shore of Lake Balaton, regular ferries operate between Balatonboglár and Révfülöp, providing access to the town. The distance between the two places is 5 kilometers wide, and the boats make the journey several times a day, with a travel time of only 25 minutes.

From Révfülöp, the 7314 road leads north towards Kővágóörs and Köveskál; it is also numbered as a national road. Additionally, there is a little over 1 kilometer of road connecting the northern part of the village to the 71 main road (73 125 road).

Fire Safety

Please carefully review the map in the room folder to locate the emergency exits. Signs illuminated in green in the corridors indicate the shortest route to the emergency exits. Firefighting equipment is prominently marked on every floor. Do not use the elevator in case of fire! Use the fire escape to reach the ground floor and then exit onto the street!
